Common questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No GP referral is needed for private services. NHS services have their own eligibility and service criteria.
Can I book for more than one person?
For travel appointments, choose the family option and the number of people before selecting a time. Other services need a separate booking for each patient.
What if I cannot find a suitable time?
Call us on 01625 523414. The team can explain the available routes and whether a walk-in may be possible.
Where is the pharmacy?
