1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Wilmslow Pharmacy, which is owned by AT Health Ltd (company registration 14519140). Wilmslow Pharmacy is a registered pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC premises registration 1029878). The Superintendent Pharmacist is Ahmed Al-Liabi (GPhC registration 2208502).

2. Use of This Website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The content of this website is provided for general information about our pharmacy and its services. It does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a pharmacist, GP or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have concerns about your health, always seek professional advice. In an emergency, call 999.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Online bookings are made through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling). Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a treatment or vaccination will be provided — all clinical services are subject to a suitability assessment by our pharmacist at the appointment. If a treatment is not clinically appropriate, we will explain why and discuss alternatives. If you cannot attend an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.

4. Private Services & Prices

Prices for private services are shown on our Prices page and are subject to change. The price payable is the price applicable on the day of your appointment, confirmed before treatment. Prescription-only medicines are supplied only after an appropriate consultation and prescription by our Independent Prescriber, and only where clinically suitable. NHS services are provided under NHS terms; standard NHS prescription charges apply unless you are exempt.

5. Refunds & Returns

By law, medicines cannot be returned for reuse or resale once they have left the pharmacy, so we cannot offer refunds on dispensed medicines except where required by law (for example, a dispensing error or a product recall). Where a paid-for service has not been provided, we will refund or re-book at your choice.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website (text, images, logos and layout) belongs to AT Health Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us via our Contact Us page, by email at info@wilmslow-pharmacy.co.uk, or by phone on 01625 523414. Complaints about NHS services can also be raised with NHS England. Concerns about professional standards can be raised with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

9. Governing Law
